Returns & Exchanges

At Raypath Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
